Peoria. All that territory lying within the following described boundaries: Beginning at the Northwest corner of ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇▇ ▇ ▇▇▇▇, ▇▇▇▇ and Salt River Base and Meridian; thence Easterly along the North lines of said Section 22 and Section 23, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, to the Northeast corner of said Section 23; thence Southerly along the East lines of said Section 23 and Section 26, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, to the Southeast corner of said Section 26; thence Westerly along the South lines of said Section 26 and Section 27, Township 3 North, Range 1 East, to the Southwest corner of said Section 27; thence Northerly along the West lines of said Section 27 and said Section 22 to the Northwest corner of said Section 22, the point of beginning; a map or plat of which is attached hereto as Exhibit 7 and by reference made a part of this Agreement.
