People Services. Institutional Research, and the Association shall provide assistance to the departments in the administration of forms and procedures for evaluation and performance appraisal. In the event that these bodies are unable to resolve issues arising from the administration of forms and procedures, such issues shall be referred to the Joint Steering Committee for resolution.
