Common use of PENALTY RATE DISCLOSURES Clause in Contracts

PENALTY RATE DISCLOSURES. All rates for your account, including the rates for purchases, cash advances, and balance transfers will automatically increase to the Penalty Rate disclosed on the Addendum accompanying this Agreement when you fail to pay the minimum required payment for your account by the payment due date shown on your statement. The rates for purchases, cash advances and balance transfers will automatically revert to the rates then in effect for those balances when you make at least six (6) minimum payments by the payment due date as shown in your monthly statement.

The rates for purchases, cash advances and balance transfers will automatically revert to remain at the rates then in effect for those balances when you make at least six (6) minimum payments by the payment due date as shown in your monthly statementhigher rate indefinitely.
