PEMHCA Minimum Sample Clauses

PEMHCA Minimum. The monthly employer contribution for annuitants is the required minimum PEMHCA contribution. The City pays this contribution directly to CalPERS. The retiree is required to contribute to the cost of the health benefit coverage. The retiree’s monthly contribution shall be the cost of the monthly health benefit premium less the amount of the City’s contribution.
