Pedigree data. The BWA program stores your current pedigree set in BOADICEA I/E format. To download the pedigree file, right click here in the fourth line of text on the PROCESSING REPORT Web page (Figure 14), and select ‘Save Target As…’ in your browser menu. When you have specified an output data filename, the pedigree will be downloaded to you computer via a secure Internet connection. If you have built a new pedigree data set online, these data will be saved in the download file. Alternatively, if you have uploaded a pre-existing pedigree data set for processing and amended it online, the amended data will be saved in the download file. The downloaded pedigree data set will be stored on your computer in BOADICEA I/E format. Consequently, you can upload it, amend it online, and reprocess it again at any time in the future.
