Peaceable Possession. Grantor's possession of the Mortgaged Property has been peaceable and undisturbed and, to Grantor's actual knowledge, the title thereto has never been disputed or questioned, and the Grantor does not know of any facts by reason of which any adverse claim to any part of the Mortgaged Property or to any undivided interest therein might be set up or made.
