Alternatively, the recorded message and any additional information can be captured in a pdvConnect message authority where it is time-stamped and can be accessed in near real time via a secure web portal that includes a virtual dispatch console for processing, storing, transcribing, forwarding, and handling the messages, and further communicating with Customer’s mobile workers as necessary.
