pdvConnect pdvConnect allows recorded messages to be initiated by making a phone call (or push-to-talk transmission where enabled) and sent to the recipient’s e-mail address via embedded link or the recipient’s mobile device via text message, including an access number. Alternatively, the recorded message and any additional information can be captured in a pdvConnect message authority where it is time-stamped and can be accessed in near real time via a secure web portal that includes a virtual dispatch console for processing, storing, transcribing, forwarding, and handling the messages, and further communicating with Customer’s mobile workers as necessary.
