PDF Services API Clause Samples

The "PDF Services API" clause defines the terms and conditions governing the use of an application programming interface (API) that provides PDF-related services, such as document conversion, manipulation, or extraction. This clause typically outlines what functionalities are available through the API, any usage restrictions, and requirements for accessing or integrating the API into other software. By establishing clear guidelines for how the PDF Services API can be used, this clause helps ensure both parties understand their rights and obligations, reducing the risk of misuse and clarifying the scope of permitted activities.
