PCCM Technical Specifications. 1. The Contractor will implement data exchanges as defined by the Department. 2. The Department anticipates changes to its Information Technology Systems. The Contractor will update its data exchanges to conform with any changes to data exchanges, file formats, data exchange frequencies, data exchange protocols and transports, and file size. The Department will provide test environments to allow adequate testing time. 3. The Contractor shall provide a testing point of contact to participate in test planning, discuss status of testing, attend status meetings, and escalate issues to the Department as needed.
