Payroll Processing. North Idaho STEM Charter Academy intends to outsource its payroll processing as determined by the Principal, with approval of the Board of Directors. Financial Management: The accounting records will be kept in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles. North Idaho STEM Charter Academy will follow the requirements set forth by the Idaho State Department of Education, including formats for account numbering. The Principal of North Idaho STEM Charter Academy will be responsible for financial management. Bonding: Documentation of bonding of all personnel involved in the school's financial operations will be provided prior to the opening of the school.
