The School Board agrees to deduct from the salaries of its teachers dues for the Dover Teachers’ Union, NEA-New Hampshire, NEA, as said teachers individually and voluntarily authorize the School Board to deduct. Said monies shall be transmitted to the Dover Teachers’ Union treasurer on a monthly basis.
