Common use of Payphones Clause in Contracts

Except as disclosed on Schedule 3.27 hereto, as of June 26, 1998, the Company had good and marketable title to at least 43,244 payphones in operation, subject to enforceable site location agreements. As of June 26, 1998, such site location agreements have an average remaining term of at least 33 months.
