PAYOR CONTRACT PERFORMANCE. PHO shall provide or arrange for Participating Physicians and other Providers to provide to Beneficiaries all of the Covered Services under each Payor Contract entered into by Manager on behalf of PHO in accordance with the terms of this Agreement, the Participation Agreements and such Payor Contract. Manager's responsibilities shall include without limitation, payment of provider capitation payments as provided in Participation Agreements and prompt payment of clean claims presented to PHO for payment by other Providers in accordance with the performance standards in Exhibit C.
