PAYMENTS UNDER INDENTURE. Any amount payable hereunder to any Holder of Capital Securities shall be reduced by the amount of any corresponding payment such Holder has directly received pursuant to Section 808 of the Subordinated Indenture. Notwithstanding the provisions hereunder to the contrary, Securityholders acknowledge that any Holder of Capital Securities that receives payment under Section 808 of the Subordinated Indenture may receive amounts greater than the amount such Holder may be entitled to receive pursuant to the other provisions of this Trust Agreement.
