Common use of Payments to Settlement Class Members Clause in Contracts

Payments to Settlement Class Members. (a) As soon as practicable, but no later than thirty days after the Effective Date, the Settlement Administrator shall pay to each Settlement Class Member who filed a valid claim, a pro rata share of the Settlement Fund, after deducting the amount of the Fee Award, any Incentive Awards to the Class Representatives, Settlement Administration Expenses, and such other expenditures as may be authorized by the Court.
