Payments to Distributor's Transferees. THE DISTRIBUTOR MAY TRANSFER THE RIGHT TO PAYMENTS HEREUNDER (BUT NOT ITS OBLIGATIONS HEREUNDER) IN ORDER TO RAISE FUNDS TO COVER DISTRIBUTION EXPENDITURES, AND ANY SUCH TRANSFER SHALL BE EFFECTIVE UPON WRITTEN NOTICE FROM THE DISTRIBUTOR TO THE FUND. IN CONNECTION WITH THE FOREGOING, THE FUND IS AUTHORIZED TO PAY ALL OR A PART OF THE DISTRIBUTION FEE AND/OR CONTINGENT DEFERRED SALES CHARGES IN RESPECT OF CLASS B SHARES DIRECTLY TO SUCH TRANSFEREE AS DIRECTED BY THE DISTRIBUTOR.
