In return, counsel for Halcyon shall communicate payment tracking information when that information becomes available.
Payments Reporting. During the Term, iFanz will render monthly statements to Artist within thirty days (30) but no later than forty-five (45) days following the end of each calendar month for all sums due together with payment to Artist for such sums shown to be due.
