Common use of Payments on Notes Clause in Contracts

Payments on Notes. Duly and punctually pay the principal and interest on the Notes, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and of the Notes, and pay all other Debt of Borrower reflected on the financial statements delivered to Bank and referred to in Sections 5.5 and 6.5 hereof and all other Debt incurred after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of such Debt, it being understood, however, that this Section shall not be deemed to permit any Debt in violation of the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 hereof.

Payments on Notes. Duly and punctually pay the principal and interest on the NotesNote, in accordance with the terms of this Agreement and of the NotesNote, and pay all other Debt of Borrower Borrowers reflected on the financial statements delivered to Bank and referred to in Sections Section 5.5 and 6.5 hereof and all other Debt incurred after the date hereof in accordance with the terms of such Debt, it being understood, however, that this Section shall not be deemed to permit any Debt in violation of the provisions of Sections 7.1 and 7.2 hereof.
