Payments May Be. Paid Prior to Dissolution Nothing contained in this Section 11 or elsewhere in this Agreement shall prevent or delay (i) Subsidiary Guarantors, except under the conditions described in Section 11.2, from making payments at any time for the purpose of making payments in respect of their respective Guarantee
