Payments May Be Paid Prior to Dissolution. Nothing contained in this Article Sixteen or elsewhere in this Indenture shall prevent (a) a Guarantor, except under the conditions described in Section 16.2 or Section 16.3, from fulfilling any obligation arising under the Securities Guarantees, or from depositing with the Trustee any money for such payments, or (b) the application by the Trustee of any money deposited with it for the purpose of fulfilling any obligation arising under the Securities Guarantees to the holders entitled thereto unless, at least three Business Days prior to the date upon which such payment becomes due and payable, the Trustee shall have received the written notice provided for in Section 16.2(b) of this Indenture (or there shall have been an acceleration of the Securities Guarantees prior to such application which is known by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee prior to such acceleration) or in Section 16.6

Payments May Be Paid Prior to Dissolution. Nothing contained in this Article Sixteen Twelve or elsewhere in this Indenture shall prevent (aI) a Guarantor, except under the conditions described in Section 16.2 12.02 or Section 16.312.03, from fulfilling any obligation arising under the Securities Note Guarantees, or from depositing with the Trustee any money for such payments, or (bii) the application by the Trustee of any money deposited with it for the purpose of fulfilling any obligation arising under the Securities Note Guarantees to the holders entitled thereto unless, at least three two Business Days prior to the date upon which such payment becomes due and payable, the Trustee shall have received the written notice provided for in Section 16.2(b12.02(b) of this Indenture (or there shall have been an acceleration of the Securities Note Guarantees prior to such application which is known by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee prior to such acceleration) or in Section 16.6such

Nothing contained in this Article Sixteen X or elsewhere in this Indenture shall prevent (ai) a Guarantorthe Company, except under the conditions described in Section 16.2 or Section 16.310.02, from fulfilling making payments at any obligation arising under time for the Securities Guaranteespurpose of making such payments of principal of and interest on the Securities, or from depositing with the Trustee any money moneys for such payments, or (bii) without limiting the last sentence of Section 8.03, the application by the Trustee of any money moneys deposited with it for the purpose of fulfilling any obligation arising under making such payments of principal of and interest on the Securities Guarantees Securities, to the holders Holders entitled thereto unless, unless at least three two Business Days prior to the date upon which such payment becomes would otherwise become due and payable, the Trustee shall have received the written notice provided for in Section 16.2(b) of this Indenture (or there shall have been an acceleration of the Securities Guarantees prior to such application which is known by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee prior to such acceleration10.02(b) or in Section 16.610.09. The Company shall give prompt written notice to the Trustee of any dissolution, winding up, liquidation or reorganization of the Company.

Nothing contained in this Article Sixteen Seven or elsewhere in this Indenture shall prevent (ai) a Guarantor, except under the conditions described in Section 16.2 7.02 or Section 16.37.03, from fulfilling any obligation arising making payments under the Securities GuaranteesNote Guarantee of such Guarantor with respect to the principal of and interest on the Notes, or from depositing with the Trustee any money for such payments, or (bii) the application by the Trustee of any money deposited with it for the purpose of fulfilling any obligation arising under making such payments of principal of and interest on the Securities Guarantees Notes to the holders Holders entitled thereto unless, at least three two Business Days prior to the date upon which such payment becomes due and payable, the Trustee shall have received the written notice provided for in Section 16.2(b7.02(b) of this Indenture (or there shall have been an acceleration of the Securities Guarantees or any Coupons appertaining thereto prior to such application which is known by a Responsible Officer of the Trustee prior to such accelerationapplication) or in Section 16.67.06.
