Payments in Respect of the Pledged Securities. Any payment received by the Collateral Agent in respect of the Pledged Securities underlying any Normal Units or Stripped Units shall be paid by the Collateral Agent, by wire transfer in same day funds no later than 1:00 p.m., New York City time, on the Date of Deemed Receipt (or, if the Date of Deemed Receipt is not a Business Day or if such payment is received by the Collateral Agent after noon, New York City time, on the Date of Deemed Receipt, then such payment shall be made by the Collateral Agent no later than 10:00 a.m., New York City time, on the next succeeding Business Day), as follows:
