Payments in Respect of the Certificateless Depositary Interests and Global Notes. (a) Whenever the Book-Entry Depositary shall receive from the Trustee (or other paying agent appointed under the Indenture) any payment on any Global Note, the amount so received shall be distributed promptly to the Depositary entitled thereto on the corresponding payment date for such Global Note. So long as DTC is the Depositary, such payments shall be made in accordance with the Letter of Representations.
