Payments from the Note Account. (a) On each Payment Date the Indenture Trustee (or the Paying Agent on behalf of the Indenture Trustee) shall retain in the Note Account, or deposit into the Certificate Account, the Total Payment Amount and shall distribute such amount as specified in this Section.
