Common use of Payments for Repurchases Clause in Contracts

Payments for Repurchases. or Redemptions of Shares of the Fund. From such funds as may be available, the Sub-custodian shall, upon receipt of Proper Instructions, make funds available for payment to a shareholder of the Fund who has delivered to the Transfer Agent a request for redemption or repurchase of shares of the Fund. In connection with the redemption or repurchase of shares of the Fund, the Sub-Custodian, upon receipt of Proper Instructions, is authorized to wire funds to or through a commercial bank designated by the redeeming shareholder. In connection with the redemption or repurchase of shares of the Fund, the Sub-Custodian, upon receipt of Proper Instructions, shall honor checks drawn on the Sub-Custodian by a shareholder, when presented to the Sub-Custodian in accordance with such procedures and controls as are mutually agreed upon from time to time among the Fund, the Custodian and the Sub-Custodian.
