Payments during absence on medical grounds. (a) The Company shall continue to pay the Executive his full remuneration during any period of absence by the Executive on medical grounds up to a maximum of 30 working days in any period of 12 months; provided that the Executive shall, if required, supply the Company with medical certificates covering his period or periods of absence.
