Payments at Closing; Brokers; Finders. There are no Brokers or Finders involved in this transaction and none of the Parties shall be responsible for the payment of any Brokers or finders’ fees other than as specifically set forth herein. Other than the foregoing, none of the Selling Parties nor the Company, nor any of their respective directors, officers or agents on their behalf, have incurred any obligation or liability, contingent or otherwise, for brokerage or finders’ fees or agents’ commissions or financial advisory services or other similar payment in connection with this Agreement. The Purchaser has not engaged any Brokers or Finders in connection with this transaction.
