Payments and Use of Penalty Assessment Penalties. 1. MVEMSA will make the final penalty determination based on this section and will inform the Contractor of the incidents and penalties incurred on a monthly basis. Contractor shall pay MVEMSA all penalties within 30 days of receipt of the notification. A late payment charge of five percent (5%) will be assessed monthly on any payment made after the due date. The Contractor will pay all penalty assessments to the Stanislaus County EMS System Enhancement Fund. 2. Penalties collected will be utilized in accordance with MVEMSA policy 951.20, Stanislaus County EMS System Enhancement Funds.
