Payments and Modifications of Subordinated Debt. Borrower will not, and will not permit any other Person to: (a) declare, pay, make or set aside any amount for payment in respect of, (b) amend, modify or restate any of the terms of, or (c) enter into any refinancing of any Subordinated Debt other than the prepayment of Subordinated Debt of one Credit Party owing to another Credit Party that is expressly permitted by the applicable Subordination Documents. 6.31
