Payment Within Sample Clauses

The 'Payment Within' clause establishes a specific timeframe in which payments must be made after a particular event or the receipt of an invoice. Typically, this clause will state that payment is due within a set number of days—such as 30 days—following the delivery of goods, completion of services, or receipt of a valid invoice. By clearly defining when payments are expected, this clause helps prevent disputes over payment timing and ensures predictable cash flow for the party receiving payment.
