Payment to Consignor. Upon completion of the sale of the vehicle the net amount due and owing to consignor from consignee shall be the amount agreed upon by the consignor. Notice of sale and payment of proceeds shall be made to consignor within three business days after the date on which funding is received by Consignment RV Sales.
