Common use of Payment Refunds Clause in Contracts

Payment Refunds. All sales are final. Notwithstanding the foregoing, in the event Buyer notifies Nokia in writing before Nokia-issued shipment confirmation, Buyer may cancel the order and Nokia will refund to Buyer any amounts paid by Buyer prior to the date of cancellation. In the event the shipment confirmation has been issued by Nokia, no refunds of amounts paid, including any deposit, shall be refunded to Buyer.
