Payment Reasonable Sample Clauses

The 'Payment Reasonable' clause establishes that any payments made under the contract must be fair and appropriate for the goods or services provided. In practice, this means that compensation should reflect market rates or industry standards, and may require justification or documentation to support the amounts invoiced. This clause helps prevent overcharging or underpayment, ensuring that both parties are treated equitably and reducing the risk of disputes over payment amounts.
