Payment Processing Services. Payment processing services are subject to the additional terms and conditions provided in the Sub-Merchant Agreement entered into by Client separately with payment processing services provider Vantage Card Services, Inc. (or the applicable payment processing services provider if otherwise) as part of registering for use of such Services.
