Payment/Payroll. 9.1. If Certified Payroll is a requirement; compliance must be adhered to. Please make sure your company follows any prevailing wage rate mandates for this scope of work. 9.2. Unless an upper tier contract requires a higher retainage, 10% retainage will be withheld from all progress payment and up to a total of 10% of the contract amount until installation is complete. When the installation has been completed per the subcontract and verified by the Contractor, and the Contractor has been paid in full by the Owner, the retainage will be paid to the Subcontractor.
