Payment Only Once. For purposes of clarity, CELGENE only shall be obligated to make a milestone payment corresponding to each of the events set forth in this Section 7.4.3 only once for each Development Candidate with respect to such Development Candidate or the first corresponding Licensed Product, as applicable, only for the first Indication (and, to the extent set forth in Section 7.4.3(a), (b) or (c), as applicable (subject to Section 7.4.3(e)(ii), the Second Indication), in any case regardless of the number of Licensed Products containing the same Development Candidate that achieve such milestone event or the number of times such milestone event occurs for any Licensed Product. 59 *Confidential Treatment Requested.
