Common use of Payment on non-Business Day Clause in Contracts

Payment on non-Business Day. If any amount hereunder or under the Notes shall become due on a day which is not a Business Day, such payment shall be due on the next succeeding Business Day without including the additional day(s) elapsed in the computation of the interest payable on such next succeeding Business Day.
