Payment of Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fees and Expenses; Indemnification. (a) As compensation for the performance of its duties hereunder, the Trustee shall be paid its portion of the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee, which shall cover recurring and otherwise reasonably anticipated expenses of the Trustee. As compensation for the performance of its duties hereunder, the Certificate Administrator shall be paid its portion of the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee, which shall cover recurring and otherwise reasonably anticipated expenses of the Certificate Administrator. The Certificate Administrator shall pay the Trustee the Trustee’s portion of the Trustee/Certificate Administrator Fee.
