Common use of Payment of Taxes, Duties, Etc. of the Trust Clause in Contracts

Payment of Taxes, Duties, Etc. of the Trust. Upon receipt under the Debentures of Additional Sums, the Property Trustee shall promptly pay any taxes, duties or governmental charges of whatsoever nature (other than withholding taxes) imposed on the Trust by the United States or any other taxing authority.
