Common use of Payment of Taxes by the Borrower Clause in Contracts

Payment of Taxes by the Borrower. The Borrower shall pay all Taxes to the applicable Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law. If the Borrower shall be required to withhold or deduct any Taxes from such payments, then (i) the Borrower shall make such withholdings or deductions and (ii) the Borrower shall pay the full amount withheld or deducted to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable law.
