Payment of Taxes and Governmental Obligations. RCFC will pay and discharge, at or before maturity, all of its respective material obligations and liabilities, including, without limitation, tax liabilities and other governmental claims, except where the same may be contested in good faith by appropriate proceedings, and will maintain, in accordance with GAAP, reserves as appropriate for the accrual of any of the same.
