Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. 10.10.1 Either Party may raise a ▇▇▇▇ on the other Party ("Supplementary ▇▇▇▇") for payment on account of: i. adjustments (if any) required by the Regional Energy Account ; or ii. quarterly or annual reconciliation as per Article 10.13 ; or iii. Change in Law as provided in Article 12, and such ▇▇▇▇ shall be paid by the other Party.

Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. 13.9.1 Developer may raise a ("Supplementary ▇▇▇▇") for payment on account of: a) Adjustments required by the Energy Accounts (if applicable); or b) Tariff payment for change in parameters, or c) Change in Law as provided in Article 15, or 13.9.2 ESCOM shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ raised by the Developer to the Developer's Designated Account by the Due Date. For such payments by ESCOM, Rebate as applicable to Monthly Bills pursuant to Article 13.5 shall equally apply. 13.9.3 In the event of delay in payment of a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ by either Party beyond its Due Date, a Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly ▇▇▇▇ in Article 13.4.

Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. Solar Power Developer may raise a ("Supplementary ▇▇▇▇") for payment on account of.

Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. 13.9.1 Solar Power Developer may raise a ("Supplementary ▇▇▇▇") for payment on account of: a) Adjustments required by the Energy Accounts (if applicable); or b) Tariff payment for change in parameters, or c) Change in Law as provided in Article 15, or 13.9.2 ESCOM shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ raised by the Solar Power Developer to the Solar Power Developer's Designated Account by the Due Date. For such payments by ESCOM, Rebate as applicable to Monthly Bills pursuant to Article 13.5 shall equally apply. 13.9.3 In the event of delay in payment of a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ by either Party beyond its Due Date, a Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly ▇▇▇▇ in Article 13.4.

Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. 6.9.1 Buyer/Buying Entity may raise a "Supplementary ▇▇▇▇" for payment on account of: i) Change in Law as provided in Article 8, or ii) pertaining to open access and scheduling related charges if any, for transmission of the power, as determined by CERC from time to time or iii) payment under Article 6.10 and other charges, if any. and such Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ shall be paid by the other Party. 6.9.2 Buyer/Buying Entity shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ raised by the Buyer/Buying Entity to the Buyer’s/Buying Entity’s Designated Account by the Due Date. 6.9.3 In the event of delay in payment of a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ by either Party within thirty (30) days beyond its Due Date, a Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly ▇▇▇▇ in Article 6.3.3.

Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. 10.7.1 SPD may raise a ("Supplementary ▇▇▇▇") for payment on account of: i) Adjustments required by the Energy Accounts (if applicable); or ii) [Void] or iii) Change in Law as provided in Article 12, or and such Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ shall be paid by the other Party. 10.7.2 SECI shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ raised by the SPD to the SPD's Designated Account by the Due Date. For such payments by SECI, Rebate as applicable to Monthly Bills pursuant to Article 10.3.5 shall equally apply, except in the case of payment of Late Payment Surcharges. If any claim is being raised by the Buying Utilities pursuant to the Article 4.4.1, SECI shall make adjustment in the payment made to the SPD. 10.7.3 In the event of delay in payment of a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ by either Party beyond its Due Date, a Late Payment Surcharge shall be payable at the same terms applicable to the Monthly ▇▇▇▇ in Article 10.3.3.

Payment of Supplementary ▇▇▇▇. 10.7.1 WPD may raise a ("Supplementary ▇▇▇▇") for payment on account of: i) Adjustments required by the Energy Accounts (if applicable); or ii) Change in Law as provided in Article 12, or iii) Payment under Article 4.10, And such Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ shall be paid by the other Party. 10.7.2 SECI shall remit all amounts due under a Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ raised by the WPD to the WPD’s Designated Account by the Due Date, except open access charges, RLDC or scheduling charges and transmission charges (if applicable). For Supplementary ▇▇▇▇ on account of adjustment required by energy account and payments under Article 4.10, Rebate as applicable to Monthly Bills pursuant to Article 10.3.5 shall equally apply. Except for payment under Article 10.7.1 (i), payment of Supplementary Bills will be made after realization of the same from the Buying Utility. No surcharge will be applicable other than that on the monthly energy payment and associated debit and credit note.
