Payment of State Costs (Applicable only to Applicants with Participant Status. A. Within forty-five (45) days after receipt of an itemized invoice from the Department, Applicant shall pay to the Department a sum of money which shall represent reimbursement for State Costs as provided by 6 NYCRR § 375-1.5 (b)(3)(i).
