Payment of Refunds. Any refunds or other Tax Benefits received by any Company (or any of its Affiliates) as a result of any Adjustment Request which are for the account of another Company (or member of such other Company's Group) shall be paid by the Company receiving (or whose Affiliate received) such refund or Tax Benefit to such other Company in accordance with Section 6.
