Common use of Payment of Property Expenses Clause in Contracts

Payment of Property Expenses. Tenant will pay, as Additional Rent and in the manner this Article 3 describes, Property Expenses for each calendar year of the Term. Landlord will prorate Property Expenses for the calendar year in which this Lease commences or terminates as of the Commencement Date or termination date, as applicable, on a per diem basis based on the number of days of the Term within such calendar year.

Payment of Property Expenses. Tenant will pay, as Additional Rent and in the manner this Article 3 describes, Xxxxxx’s Share of Property Expenses for each calendar year of the Term. Landlord will prorate Tenant’s Share of Property Expenses for the calendar year in which this Lease commences or terminates as of the Rent Commencement Date or termination date, as applicable, on a per diem basis based on the number of days of the Term within such full or partial calendar year.
