Common use of Payment of Other Taxes by the Credit Parties Clause in Contracts

Payment of Other Taxes by the Credit Parties. Without limiting the provisions of subsection (a) above, the Credit Parties shall timely pay to the relevant Governmental Authority in accordance with applicable Laws, or at the option of the Administrative Agent timely reimburse it for the payment of, any Other Taxes; provided, however, that no payments made by a Foreign Borrower pursuant to this Section 3.01(b) shall be used to pay or reimburse Other Taxes imposed on or with respect to or otherwise payable by any Domestic Credit Party.
