Payment of Non-Compliance Fees. Any fees assessed under this Section are due and payable on the first business day following the day on which they are incurred.

Payment of Non-compliance Penalties j) Subject to Clause (i) above, the Service Provider shall pay the Non-compliance Penalty indicated in the Non-compliance Penalty Certificate within 10 (ten) Business Days of Transnet issuing a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for the amount set out in that certificate. If Transnet does not issue a valid Tax Invoice to the Service Provider for Non-compliance Penalties accrued during any relevant period, those Non-compliance Penalties shall be carried forward to the next period.
Notification of Non-Compliance If Seller is unable to comply with the obligations stated in this Section, Seller shall promptly notify Apple, and Apple may take any one or more of the following actions: (i) suspend the transfer of Confidential Data to Seller; (ii) require Seller to cease processing Confidential Data; (iii) demand the secure return or destruction of Confidential Data; and/or (iv) immediately terminate this Agreement.
Notification of Non-payment The Global Agent shall forthwith notify Freddie Mac by facsimile, e-mail or other rapid means of communication if it has not received the full amount for any payment due in respect of the Notes on the date such payment is due. The Global Agent shall have no liability, responsibility, duty or obligation to any Holder or beneficial owner of Notes to take any action against Issuer in the event that Issuer fails to make available funds sufficient to pay amounts due and payable and owing to any Holder on any Payment Date. Notice of Non-Compliance If for any reason the Contractor does not comply, or anticipates that it will be unable to comply, with a provision in this Schedule in any respect, the Contractor must promptly notify the Province of the particulars of the non-compliance or anticipated non-compliance and what steps it proposes to take to address, or prevent recurrence of, the non-compliance or anticipated non-compliance.
Payment of Fee The cash management fee referred to in Clause 9.1 (Fee Payable) shall only be payable to the Current Issuer Cash Manager on each Payment Date in the manner contemplated by, in accordance with and subject to the provisions of the Current Issuer Pre-Enforcement Revenue Priority of Payments or, as the case may be, the Current Issuer Post-Enforcement Priority of Payments.
Consequences of non-compliance If a beneficiary breaches any of its obligations under this Article, the grant may be reduced (see Article 43). Such breaches may also lead to any of the other measures described in Chapter 6.
Payment of GST If GST is payable on any supply made by a Party (or any entity through which that Party acts) (Supplier) under or in connection with this Agreement, the recipient will pay to the Supplier an amount equal to the GST payable on the supply.

Benefits designed to cover cost-sharing amounts under Medicare will be changed auto- matically to coincide with any changes in the applicable Medicare-determined Deductible and coinsurance amounts. Dues may be modi- fied to correspond with such changes. Dues are determined based on age of the Sub- xxxxxxx, subject to the right reserved by Blue Shield to modify these dues with at least sixty (60) days notice as set forth in this Agreement.
