Common use of Payment of Liabilities and Waiver of Claims Clause in Contracts

Payment of Liabilities and Waiver of Claims. Corporation agrees not to do, or agree to do, any of the following acts: (1) pay any obligation or liability, fixed or contingent, other than current liabilities; (2) waive or compromise any right or claim; or (3) cancel, without full payment, any note, loan, or other obligation owing to Corporation.

Payment of Liabilities and Waiver of Claims. Corporation agrees shall not to do, or agree to do, any of the following actsfollowing: (1i) pay any obligation or liability, fixed or contingent, other than current liabilities; , (2ii) waive or compromise any right or claim; or (3iii) cancel, without full payment, reduce or extend the time for payment or performance of any note, loan, or other obligation owing to Corporation.
