Common use of Payment of Investment Clause in Contracts

Payment of Investment. On any Investment Date, the Conduit Investor or each Alternate Investor, as the case may be, shall remit its share of the aggregate amount of such Investment (determined pursuant to SECTION 2.2(a)) to the account of the Agent specified therefor from time to time by the Agent by notice to such Persons by wire transfer of same day funds. Following the Agent's receipt of funds from the Investors as aforesaid, the Agent shall remit such funds received to the SPV's account at the location indicated in SECTION 11.3, by wire transfer of same day funds

Payment of Investment. Payment of Investment. On any Investment Date, the each Conduit Investor or each Alternate Committed Investor, as the case may be, shall remit its share of the aggregate amount of such Investment (such investment amount determined pursuant to SECTION Section 2.2(a)) to the account of the applicable Group Agent specified therefor from time to time by the such Group Agent by notice to such Persons Investors by wire transfer of same day funds. Following the a Group Agent's ’s receipt of funds from the Investors as aforesaid, the such Group Agent shall remit such funds received to the SPV's Seller’s account at the location indicated in SECTION on Schedule 11.3, by wire transfer of same day funds.

Following the each such Class Agent's ’s receipt of funds from the related Investors as aforesaid, the such Class Agent shall remit such funds received to the SPV's ’s account at the location indicated in SECTION Section 11.3, by wire transfer of same day funds.
