Common use of Payment of Funds at Close of Escrow Clause in Contracts

Payment of Funds at Close of Escrow. Escrow Agent shall, at the Close of Escrow, deliver by wire transfer, in accordance with Seller's instructions (or will hold for personal pickup, if requested) (i) to Seller, or order, the cash, plus any proration or other credits to which Seller will be entitled less any appropriate proration, deposits or other charges, and (ii) to Buyer, or order, any excess funds theretofore delivered to Escrow Agent by Buyer. 10.5
