Common use of Payment of Financial Obligations Clause in Contracts

Payment of Financial Obligations. The payment or provision to you by the Company of any remuneration, benefits or other financial obligations pursuant to this Letter will be allocated to the Operating Partnership, the REIT and, if applicable, any subsidiary and/or affiliate thereof in accordance with the Employee Sharing and Expense Allocation Agreement, by and between the REIT, the Operating Partnership, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties Services, Inc., as in effect from time to time.

Payment of Financial Obligations. The payment or provision to you by the Company of any remuneration, benefits or other financial obligations pursuant to this Letter letter will be allocated to the Operating Partnership, the REIT and, if applicable, any subsidiary and/or affiliate thereof in accordance with the Employee Sharing and Expense Allocation Agreement, by and between the REIT, the Operating Partnership, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties Services, Inc., as in effect from time to time.

Payment of Financial Obligations. The payment or provision to you by the Company of any remuneration, benefits or other financial obligations pursuant to this Letter will be allocated to the Operating Partnership, the REIT and, if applicable, any subsidiary and/or affiliate thereof in accordance with the Employee Sharing and Expense Allocation Agreement, by and between the REIT, the Operating Partnership, and ▇▇▇▇▇▇▇ Properties Services, Inc., as in effect from time to time; provided, that the Operating Partnership and the REIT shall be jointly and severally liable for such obligations.
